New York, USA: Anuli Weds Chuka – Winecarrying (Igbo Traditional Wedding) in New York
Recently, the families of Kene Chike Erike and Hon. (Mrs.) Ona Erike of Ezeoye, Nibo, Awka South of Anambra State Nigeria (Parents of the bride) and Ogbueshi Innocent Isichei and the Late Mrs. Cecilia Isichei of Umuaji Quarters, Asaba, Delta State, Nigeria (Parents of the groom) came together for the traditional marriage ceremony of their children Anuli Adaeze Erike and Chukwuka Fitzgerald Isichei in New York
The event which was held in Rego Park, New York was richly attended and included dignitaries from all over the United States, Europe and Nigeria. Sam Nweke served as the Master of Ceremonies, and music was by DJ Mouka. We wish the bride and groom well. Below are some pictures from the event.
