In the light of this ITC will be hosting the 1st Annual Municipal Billing and Accounts Payable Conference on 25 & 26 March at the Indaba Hotel, Fourways.
Key issues and challenges that municipalities currently face in dealing debts and billing will addressed.
The two day conference will focus on challenges and solutions in terms of reports, audits, standardised billing, infrastructure and analysing the Consumer Protection Act within municipalities.
