Delegates from South Africa, rest of Africa and all parts of the globe will debate and discuss the theme for this Congress which is: Leadership in Communications – the Way to Trust.

Discussions will include:

the decline of trust towards organisations, brands, government and media

the need to raise new requirements from stakeholders around transparency and ethics

the new leaders – organisations and personalities that are today’s thought leaders

Can everyone be a leader

From PR to leadership – what it takes to be a leader for a brand or organization.  What are the new requirements which will take us on the road to leadership From statement to attitude. Instead of saying something, PR will be about being something.

Contributors will be leading authorities on trust and service, well known international PR leaders and authors.

Practical case studies and abstracts will also play a significant role in the Congress.
